At Bunning & Farnand, both of our lawyers are Notaries Public, and three members of our staff are Commissioners of Oaths. This allows us to offer a full range of witnessing and document certification services for documents in the Province of Ontario, as well as from other jurisdictions.
Whether you require a Notary to witness your signature for an out of province real estate transaction or certified copies of important documents; or a Commissioner of Oaths to witness your signature on travel consent letters, affidavits or other declarations, we can help.
In most cases we offer next-day service. To ensure that someone is available to help you, please phone or email our office ahead of time and we will book you for a short signing appointment.
