Our all-inclusive legal costs covers a standard residential real estate purchase (one mortgage, single-family home or condominium) in Ontario:

If this is going to be your primary residence, you will qualify for an Ontario land transfer tax rebate of up to $4,000, effectively eliminating tax for homes up to $368,300.

Survivorship Applications
When a property is held jointly by a deceased individual and their spouse, a Survivorship Application can be used to transfer ownership to the surviving spouse, often avoiding the need for probate.
